Investor Circles (IC)
Empowering Early-Career Women in Investment Management
Created for Alumni with 1 to 3 years of experience, the Investor Circles (IC) program offers a six-month experience that combines mentorship, skill development, and industry exposure.
IC focuses on:
Developing foundational skills for success in investment management
Gaining exposure to various firms, asset classes, and investment styles
Learning strategies for navigating promotions, self-advocacy, and making career decisions
Program highlights:
Small Group community building with peers and industry professionals
Series of in-person meetings including industry panels, topical discussions, and comprehensive workshops in professional fundamentals
Explore Partner Firm spaces and create valuable connections with professionals in those organizations
Investor Leadership Program (ILP)
Educate to Elevate: Advancing GWI Alumni to the next level
Our Investor Leadership Program (ILP) combines education, coaching, and professional development to help Alumni reach the next level in their careers.
Created for Alumni who have spent 4 to 7 years in the industry, ILP is a six-month program that provides participants with the knowledge and skills to go from investor to leader.
ILP focuses on:
Building leadership and communication skills
Strengthening confidence in self-advocacy and career planning
Forging deeper connections to GWI Alumni and partners
